BCHS Machining Program awarded $10,000 from HAAS Foundation

 

 

 

 

Shawn Williams, BCHS Precision Machining Instructor, completed a HAAS Foundation grant for student scholarships, SkillsUSA competition costs, and other student related activities.  Ken Potts, a HAAS representative and advisory member, presented Mr. Williams with the check for $10,000 during a visit to Bradley Central High School.  The instructor is excited about using the money to cover student industry certification costs in NIMS (National Institute Metalworking Skills).
